Most Well Within yoga classes are taught in the Kripalu style. Kripalu Yoga offers you the opportunity to deeply connect with your body, mind, and spirit. Our approach emphasizes body awareness, mindful breathing, and self-acceptance while cultivating a trusting relationship with your body. You are gently guided to move at your own pace, choosing always to respect your body's needs in a compassionate and non-judgmental way. You leave class feeling fully stretched, uplifted, and centered.
Yet Kripalu Yoga is more than a physical practice "on the mat". By applying the techniques and principles of Kripalu Yoga "off the mat" in daily life, you'll feel more fully alive and accepting of life's challenges as opportunities for growth. Kripalu Yoga is much more than learning how to stand on your head. It's about learning how to stand on your own two feet.

Adult Yoga
These classes are taught in the Kripalu tradition, a gentle practice that engages and balances body, mind, and spirit. We emphasize body awareness, breathing techniques, and self-acceptance to help you develop a trusting relationship with your body. These classes are suitable for students of all body types and levels of flexibility.
Teen Yoga
Teens develop self-confidence, strength, focus, and inner beauty through this playful exploration of simple postures and breathing techniques. Learn how to alleviate stress and build group spirit in a non-competitive way. For ages 13-18.
Therapeutic Yoga
This class is for those wanting more individual attention than in a regular group class. You will practice a sequence of asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques) designed specifically for you, and receive personal guidance and adjustments as you practice. Limited to 8 students.
Creating Community
Through the practices of heart-felt expression, active listening, and relationship, explore the practical effects of moving beyond a physical practice and towards living your life in harmony with your core essence. Take yoga off the mat as we come together in a small group to share how commitment, contentment, moderation, truth, and other practices occur in our lives. Group meets every other Monday.
YogaKids
This unique and integrative learning approach uses yoga as a pathway. Storytelling, music, creative arts and earthcare, along with yoga movements help educate the "whole" child. In YogaKids classes, traditional yoga techniques are recreated in simple and fun ways. Enhanced health, well being, and confidence is achieved through de-stressing and relaxation.
Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga incorporates breathing and warm-up exercises, stretching, a Kriya (sequence of exercises), relaxation, and meditation that will help to increase flexibility and strength, heighten self-awareness, and relax your mind and body. Experience the transformation from a human doing to a human being.
Tai Chi Chuan
In this beginning Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan you will learn the 10 Movement Yang Style, a quick and easy to learn tai chi form that is great for those who are time constrained.Each class starts with warm-ups, Chi Gong, and foundation work. The class concludes with a guided, full body relaxation that focuses on three major energy points for health and stress reduction.
Qi Gong
Learn this ancient Chinese System of energy balancing and cultivation. Using the breath, visualization and T'ai Chi like movements, this easy to do and quick to learn QiGong form was developed by a reknowned Chinese Master.
